Adams & Martin Group is proud to partner with a highly respected insurance defense law firm in La Jolla that is seeking two Litigation Legal Assistants to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals with 2+ years of civil litigation experience who are looking to expand their litigation expertise and build their careers in a collaborative, fast-paced, and culture-driven environment.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to a team of attorneys, playing a key role in the efficient management of litigation matters from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. Litigation Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings related to labor and employment matters.
  • Handle federal and state e-filing for motions, briefs, and other court documents.
  • Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines for multiple attorneys.
  • Prepare discovery responses and assist with document production.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys across multiple U.S. offices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
